Travel to Washington, Berlin and London
and
President Obama Confims the Invitation Once Again

What do achieving diplomatic breakthroughs, snails, tortoises and molasses flowing on a cold day have in common?
The delay in following through on President Obama’s original invitation doesn’t bother the coalition’s choice to lead Canada on an interim basis one bit, for he’s not only one who appreciates the trappings of instant gratification but also knows how the international arena operates. For example, look how long it took to bring down the Soviet Union.
Just because the entirety of the world’s population isn’t invited into the diplomacy corridor doesn’t diminish what’s going on. In their collective wisdom, partners decided early on there were too many adverse consequences in going public*, so they created what the Fiefdom treatise author labelled the East-West Corridor of Diplomacy, a “limited transparency” environment; and working in it they have been successfully advancing the democracy, rule of law and human rights agenda. Arguably for some achievements are few and far between and exceptionally slow in coming. But to expect swift success is to fail to appreciate the significance and complexity of the problem and inadequacies generated by, for example, medieval Europe’s Peace of Westphalia, aka the treaties of Münster and Osnabrück of 1648 – the genesis of sovereignty as we know it today.

Despite shortcomings, roadblocks and difficulties, the coalition forged ahead. While politicians and their leaders must comply with straightjacket protocols and practices, titans of industry and commerce, media barons, the uber-wealthy, multi-national corporate executives and celebrities can pretty much do and say what they want. For example, if they chose to, they could have directly contacted the Custodian Chief, provided him funds to leave the country and given his achievements arranged for him to swiftly make up for lost time; to have a life of luxury and opportunity for the rest of his days. However, there is an almost universal consensus between the coalition’s public and private sectors that he is of such long-term value that to go down that path undermines what’s being achieved.
The original invitation by the U.S. leader was communicated on July 24, 2009. Time was then given for that initiative to work, i.e., to move the malfeasant to realize their days running fiefdom Canada as if it belonged to them and the Chinese were over and come to the negotiating table. It didn’t work despite repeated corroborations of that approach: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13.
How committed the coalition is to regime change in the face of ongoing intransigence came when U.K. Prime Minister Brown extended the same invitation, on October 28th, choosing PM Question Time and in the company of Geo Award winning British parliamentarians. And when that didn’t work either Chancellor Merkel followed suit on November 3rd, choosing a joint session of Congress and a room full of coalition partners to do so.
In mid-November the Custodian Chief began the process of edifying Canada’s private sector (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). After that, the first initiative of 2010, was expanding the information loop to include provincial registries (land titles, corporate, personal property securities). And follow-up calls were made to companies and banks.
Most importantly – foundationally critical – it was during this period of time that every major financial institution in the country was contacted; mostly for the purpose of putting them on formal notice that a failure to cooperate with the coalition in identifying and seizing bank accounts, cancelling lines of credit and calling in mortgages etc. they’ll be custodianized: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13.
Crossing the I’s and dotting the T’s of notice didn’t stop with government and the administration of justice viz. bench, bar and law enforcement. The dissemination process in that regard concluded in mid-summer ‘09. There was much more to do to prepare the country for covert regime change. On this point the coalition through the CBS News conduit on January 24th underscored this necessity. During a segment and its introduction on the purchase of Cadbury by Kraft there was a tag-team-created communiqué involving CBS and a United Kingdom news reporter in which the phrase “takeover” was red flagged with the use of the lexicon, in this case each employing the Staul Maneuver. The latter expression of the phrase included justice and prison certainty.

Appreciative that the delay might cause Fiefdom treatise members north of the 49th Parallel to begin doubting the coalition’s sincerity or dismissing everything argued about its existence – that it was nothing more than the fanciful invention of a self-disgraced and psychosis deluded lawyer who’d do better in Hollywood than in the legal profession and the halls of political power – the partnership kept producing diplomatic initiatives so that those who’d experienced the epiphany would continue following events in the diplomatic corridor and those who hadn't would in due course.
As has been documented, some coalition partners are themselves getting impatient and used their audiences with the U.S. leader to express that sentiment. There were three as 2009 came to an end (1, 2).
Another one was expressed on January 20th, 2010 by CNBC’s Jimmy Cramer when interviewing world famous oilman T. Boone Pickens:

So since late July the Custodian Chief’s been in international relations purgatory – between Dogville-trapped and geographically emancipated, cashed up and effecting his responsibilities as Canada's constitutionally and internationally legitimate leader. President Obama and the other members of the Custodian-in-Council are aware and appreciative of this circumstance and growing unease within the partnership; so he acknowledged it directly on December 15, 2009.
He was motivated to again affirming his invitation. This time it was in significant measure in response to Evil-ympics evidence (1, 2); and came just hours before Canada's Haiti telethon – an event that was also turned into a platform for the malfeasant to brag about their satanic disposition.
During a town hall style public appearance on January 22nd the U.S. leader was asked by an attendee what she could do for her three year old who got lead poisoning. Hearing the lexiconic constituent identifying the coalition and seeing an opportunity to remind everyone in the diplomatic corridor that he fully intends on welcoming the partnership’s choice to interim lead Canada at the White House as part of his world tour, he stated employing the confidential language
[Obama M.] I guarantee you somebody’s gonna call you in about five minutes.

The hour-long event was peppered with communiqués. Of several, there were the following: @11:03 “So long as I have breath … I wont stop fighting” [Pfeiffer M.]; @ 11:29 “social security we can fix” [Obama M.]; @ 11:45 “proven track record” [Cl.M.]. Translated: (i) I am tenaciously resolved to achieving stated objectives; (ii) the coalition fully intends on fixing Canada’s institutional dysfunctionalities; and (iii) the Custodian Chief has a five year record of being accurate on what he researched, competent in conducting the dissemination and accountability triggering initiatives and in his work as the diplomacy archivist.
